We live in a fast-moving, uncertain and complex world.
The demands are many and incessant.
Expectations are high and becoming ever more complex. Next generations of the workforce have different expectations.
The impact of Covid has forever changed the world that we live and work in.
There is no going back, only forward.
The pace of technological change is such that we can hardly imagine how we will be working ten years from now. Burnout is rife at all levels and especially leadership levels. Mental health has come into organisations whether we like it or not.
Exhausting just thinking about it all. Which leads is to the question…
How do I show up as a leader in this complex world?
And to be clear, these are leaders in the widest sense - leader of self, leader of teams, leaders of leaders, thought leaders.
For me, supporting leaders and emerging leaders to show up in this complex world feels like the important work of this time.
Creating space and time to think is needed more than ever before and yet so hard to do.
Building resilience is crucial for leaders to be able to stay steady and lead forward through transformational change.
Resourcing yourself as leader is a fundamental part of your job. If you don’t put on your own oxygen mask you can’t do what you need to do to lead others.
We need more well-resourced authentic, wholehearted leaders who can deliver results in a sustainable way, for themselves and for employees. So that they can continue to deliver excellence for customers and stakeholders.

My focus is on supporting & developing future fit leaders who can show up authentically, so that we have the best leaders navigating organisations.
I do this through one to one coaching engagements, group coaching programmes, webinars, masterclasses and speaking at your in-house or corporate events.
My annual Conscious Leader and Conscious Female Leader Retreats are the pinnacle of this work, providing space for busy leaders to press pause, resource themselves, build self-awareness and tools that will sustain them as conscious leaders. These leaders know that by pressing pause they will be stronger, re-energised and re-focused.

More About Me
I have over 10 years coaching experience at leadership and management levels. I deliver approx. 200 hours of one to one coaching per year within organisations in addition to my workshops and training delivery.
I have a unique, engaging and authentic style which allows groups and individuals to learn and reflect, enhance awareness and widen perspectives. My style is often thought-provoking balanced with practical strategies, tools and tips as takeaways.
I have followed active supervision (1:1 and Group Supervision) since qualifying as an Executive Coach.
Passionate about the role of supervision and standards in the coaching industry, I qualified as a Coach Supervisor in 2020 with the Coach Supervisor Academy (UK).
Recognising Accreditation as an important part of driving standards and ethics in the coaching industry, I am an accredited Executive Coach through the Association for Coaching. Going through this process, cemented the value that I place on the importance of continued growth as a coach – through CPD, supervision, reflective learning and continual awareness of how we show up as coaches for our clients.
I work with a wide range of organisations, from Public and Semi Public Sector (An Garda Síochána, Central Bank of Ireland, National Gallery of Ireland) to Professional Services (Deloitte, KPMG, McCann Fitzgerald, Mason Hayes) to FMCG and Pharma (Coca Cola, Mars, Amgen) to Financial Services (AIB, Bank of Ireland) and a wide number of individuals and teams in small and medium sized companies.
