Drop-In, Open Group Supervision

As evidenced in The Authority Gap and Invisible women, we are still far from where we need to be. As coaches, specialising in this field, there may be frustrations with the systems that we are operating within. I wonder about how we attend to that systemic awareness and what we do with it as coaches?

I wonder what else might be helpful to explore with a group of coaches specialising in a similar field, allowing female coaches, coaching females to access collective wisdom and collective learning.

Providing Maternity Coaching for over ten years and one of the first in Ireland to do so, I have experienced a breadth of issues including loss, trauma experienced from a badly handled return, the juggle, the overwhelm and so much more.

I am curious about whether there is an appetite to come together to bring some of these very specific themes to a Group Supervision context.

What do we do when Mental Health shows up in coaching?

This a contentious and complex question and one of the most common questions that coaches bring to Supervision.

I have been working closely with the Association for Coaching on this question and welcome the opportunity to bring this specific lens for coaches to a drop-in Supervision Group.
