As a motivational speaker and trainer, I have an engaging and personal style which touches a chord with my audience. I tell it from the heart so that it makes sense to the head.
As an observer of human behaviour, I draw on these insights gained from from over ten years of working with leaders across industries and geographies. The key messages resonate in a way that lands with the audience so that they feel seen, that I know them and am speaking to them. This relational rapport as a speaker is what my clients love. Audience members relate and walk away feeling inspired, empowered, re-energised and re-focused.
When we see differently, we think differently. And then we have the freedom to act differently.
As a speaker, I don’t just talk to the audience. This is a two-way process. I offer and challenge perspective. I help the audience to actively self-reflect in-session. I will make sure that the audience are sitting up and actively engaged in listening and thinking about the topic at hand.
As one of the first coaches to specialise in Feeding the Female Leadership Pipeline, I have been unlocking and inspiring female talent through masterclasses, webinars and my group coaching programmes since 2012.
I am a highly experienced and skilled panel moderator and event MC, both of Women in Leadership events, In-house events and am a regular speaker at International Women’s Day events.
