A pilot supervision group for coaches who engage in coaching internally in their organisations, most likely in addition to their day job.

Internal coaching has it’s own complexities and in my experience, internal coaches can question their competence and capability as they are not practicing as ‘full-time’ coaches.

This will be a gentle and safe space to bring your coaching experience to for reflection and also to resource yourself as coach, building confidence
