When I started coaching, I used to be surprised at how often people really struggled with articulating their strengths. I’m no longer surprised as I see it so often.

Sometimes it’s like pulling teeth. But with a bit of poking, prodding and encouragement, the strengths start to emerge.

And then the mirror is held up for clients to start to see themselves with fresh eyes. A new narrative emerges that frees clients to step into their full selves, their best selves.
