Enabling reflective practice, peer sharing and learning, through nature are central to the Conscious Coaching Circles aka Group Supervision.
And what better way than to take it outside? Get in touch if you would like to enquire about joining the next outdoor supervision group.
We hold five outdoor group supervision sessions of 3 hours each, across the year in the Dublin area - Marlay Park, the Botanic Gardens, Killiney Beach and the National Gallery of Ireland have helped our thinking and clarity in recent years.
To give you a flavour of what this work is...
We always start with an intentional, silent reflective walk before sharing and 'doing the work'. We let nature inform us and I'll always bring some other creative approaches such as imagery, outdoor intelligence, poetry, to add perspective and complement the collective wisdom of the group.
If you are curious, open to play and enjoy an emergent way of working while engaging to deep reflection, get in touch to find out more.
Coaches that I work with find the sessions thought provoking, clarity and confidence building, resourcing and there is always a little bit of magic in what we do.
In recent years, the restorative function of supervision has really come to the fore in both Group and Individual Supervision. Using creative and emergent approaches help in going deeper and beyond the conscious. We challenge the thinking and perspective so that coaches come out of sessions, feeling stronger and re-centred.
In this complex and fast-paced world, supervision is that place to come home to – to ground and to centre as you reflect on your coaching practice.
Group supervision brings all of the benefits of 1:1 supervision with the added benefits of a shared learning experience and peer sharing of ideas, experiences and perspective.
